Q: What zone is your garden?
A: I’m in the Washington D.C. metro area. My garden is USDA Zone 6b…sometimes 7a.
Q: I love the tool/ hat/ seeds/book. . . other gardening items you talked about on your blog. Can I buy from you?
A: If I love a gardening product, I definitely want you to love it and try it out. I always try to list sources and shopping info in my posts so you can find what you’re looking for.
I will be introducing Cottage In The Court swag… STAY TUNED!
In the meantime, if you’re having a hard time locating something, please email me at email@example.com.
Q: Can I send you my book or product to review?
A: Please definitely email me first at firstname.lastname@example.org and send me the details and descriptions so I can see if it is a good fit for my audience. I love natural, organic, and earth-friendly products and enjoy working with small businesses and garden authors. I look forward to hearing from you!
Q: Do you speak to garden clubs and other groups?
A: Yes! I am a garden speaker in Washington, DC, and surrounding areas. My love of this art form called gardening is reflected in my talks and workshops. I will be offering online events in Fall 2020. Stay Tuned!! Please see my Speaking page for more details.
Q: Will you plan a custom garden tour for my group?
A: Maybe! Email me at email@example.com and let’s talk!
Q: Do you accept guest speakers for your Podcast?
A: I most certainly do! My goal is to support and introduce the garden community to people they might not otherwise meet. In my opinion, there is something about identifying with an author , speaker, or poet. The connectivity one feels when knowing that someone is just like you is powerful and can often inspire. Please do not hesitate if you would like to be considered as a guest. Email: firstname.lastname@example.org
Q: Do you accept guest bloggers on your site?
A: I do not usually have guest bloggers, because this is my sanctuary that I get to share with you. However, if I’m interested in what you are proposing and you are interested in collaborating, please email me – email@example.com.
Q: Will you link back to my site?
A: Perhaps. Each situation is different. I definitely don’t accept payment for links. I do link to resources and information that I find to be helpful, so never say never. You can always send me your info and I’ll check it out, but no guarantees, and if I’m interested, I will follow up with you. Please do not repeatedly email me.
Q: Do you accept ads on your site?
A: I currently work with carefully selected sponsors and you may see information or links on my site from them.
From time to time companies send me products to evaluate and post reviews of. If that is the case for any of the products and services I talk about on my blog, I will clearly disclose that at the top of the blog post.
Cottage in the Court participates in several affiliate programs. If you click through a link to purchase a product I may receive a small commission. This allows me to keep my blog going to share information with you! I only link to products and services I have enjoyed. Linking to them does not constitute a guarantee.
